Cheryl Gomes PREC*

Hello! I’m a licensed REALTOR® based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and incorporated under Cheryl Gomes Personal Real Estate Corporation. Originally from Toronto, followed by an extended chapter in Montreal, I’ve spent the past 13 years in Vancouver immersed in the worlds of engineering, consulting, and construction.

My journey into real estate began with the purchase of my first home in Squamish in 2017. Initially intended as a home base for rock climbing adventures, it became an investment property — and the spark that led me to eventually pursue my real estate license to become a better resource for myself and my community.

To me, real estate is more than just a transaction. It is an opportunity to personally connect with clients and take part in immensely important and life-changing decisions. I love working closely with my clients, geeking out over properties, and understanding both the big picture and little details — in order to negotiate the best possible outcome.

Outside of work, I’m fuelled by a love for the outdoors and adventure. I thrive in immersing myself in activities that are fully engaging both mentally and physically. You’ll find me mountain biking, rock climbing, hobbling about — or whizzing around the city on my road bike.
